This Pinot Noir is grown in some of the region’s most notable vineyards, including Las Brisas and Mahoney Ranch Vineyards. By combining clonal selections of Pinot Noir, winemaker Ken Foster is able to craft a wine with a sense of place through the focus of fruit and typicity in this Carneros Pinot Noir.
On the nose, aromas of brown sugar, Bing cherry and wood spice abound. From the first sip to the last, notes of ripe dark fruit compote compliment the French oak toast and caramel accents, while adding length and structure to the palate.
